Sand-/Glass-bead blasting

As a service to our customers, Hema ApS can perform sand or glass-bead blasting as a finishing treatment on its manufactured items.
Glass-bead blasting is normally used to obtain a silky mat finish. The items treated include dental and hospital equipment.
Glass-bead blasting can also be used to provide a ‘foundation’ for aluminium items to be anodized. Sand-bead blasting is typically used on items that require a rough surface, for example in preparation for gluing.
